Deep Tissue

Attention is focused on layers of muscles, tendons and fascia to release chronic muscle tension. Direct pressure, slow deliberate strokes and friction across the grain of the muscle is used to reach the deeper layers of muscle. It may take several treatments to relieve “trouble spots” in your body.

Cupping

Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. This may relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair. It may also help form new connective tissues and create new blood vessels in the tissue.

Hot Stone

Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly.
